Start with the customer journey

If there is one offer and decisions are made quickly, one page may be enough. When services differ substantially, separate pages help keep the arguments clear. Consider both today’s range and who will maintain the content.

Do not confuse volume with value

More pages do not automatically make a website more convincing. Repeated sections are harder to maintain and can confuse readers. List customers’ questions first, then group the answers. This reveals where a separate page is useful and where one section will do.

Leave room to grow

The first version can be small if its structure allows for new directions. Discuss future catalogues, languages and integrations early, but do not build everything before the need is established. A good start solves the main problem and leaves the next step open.
